Brad Pitt to Play Steve McQueen in Biography Movie

* * This article comes from AsphaltandRubber.com * * *  Brad Pitt is set to play Steve McQueen in a biography chronicling the actor’s life.*McQueen made a living with his starring roles in The Great Escape and Bullitt, but is better known to us for his love of fast bikes, fast cars, and his three ex-wives. So, we can expect to see Pitt in some iconic cars, and on some vintage bike on the 70′ screen. Brad Pitt has long been associated with the movie*portrayal*of McQueen’s life, but have a few other actors as well, such as*Ewan McGregor, Band of Brothers star Damien Lewis, and current Bond actor, Daniel Craig. The movie will be based upon Marshall Terrill’s biography “Steve McQueen: Portrait of an American Rebel “, and may cover McQueen’s addictions, including his penchant for bikes, cars, women, drugs as well as chronicle his three marriages and struggles with lung cancer.
